We have partnered up with a longstanding client who are going through a sustained period of growth and are looking to bolster their commercial team by bringing in a Commercial Manager within the Watford area to oversee all commercial aspects of major projects across Watford & London!

My client is a leading Main Contractor in the Civil Engineering world.

This Commercial Manager role will be reporting directly into Commercial Director. This role will be looking after a portfolio of projects across the Watford & London area as well as concentrating on change within these projects. The business has a very strong orderbook with further growth predicted.

Role Purpose:
• Contract Management: Oversee NEC Contract administration and reporting, focusing on change management.
• Value Engineering: Lead efforts in value engineering, from Compensation Event Quotation development to formal submission and negotiation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Lead Change Management and Risk Reduction meetings, providing commercial risk advice to the wider project team.
• Commercial Governance: Ensure compliance with commercial governance and maintain accurate commercial records.

What’s on Offer:
• Up to £90,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
