Position: Production Operative
Location: Sittingbourne, ME10
Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Picker/Operative to work with our client based in Sittingbourne, ME10. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.

As a Production Operative, your primary responsibility will be to manually pick metals from an incinerated waste conveyor belt using magnetic gloves. You will be required to work efficiently and accurately, ensuring all metals are correctly separated from the waste materials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking and sorting metals from the conveyor belt.

* Operating with a high level of attention to detail to ensure all metals are removed.

* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

* Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

* Physical Stamina: This role involves standing for long periods and requires good manual dexterity.

* Attention to Detail: Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

* Health Considerations: Due to the nature of the work environment, this role is not suitable for individuals with any respiratory or lung conditions, such as asthma.
