Job Purpose:

The primary function of this role is to support business operations by managing client inquiries. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction while contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and respond to client inquiries through various communication channels.

* Conduct follow-ups on pending quotations during peak workload periods.

* Facilitate client interactions both on-site and remotely.

* Manage online chat support for customer inquiries via the company’s website.

* Stay informed about the quoting system and assist in sales administration tasks.

* Participate in meetings to provide updates and represent the sales team effectively.

* Address order deadlines and ensure timely processing of client requests.

* Support sustainability initiatives in daily operations.

* Be prepared for occasional weekend work to meet business needs.
