Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Brentwood Area, are looking to employ a Senior Sales Negotiator. If you are experienced and self-motivated, with the ability to sell and cover some listings, this role could be for you. 

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Up to £25,000 basic salary

£40,000 - £45,000 On Target Earnings

Individual Sale Commission

Individual Listing Commission

28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)

5 Day Work Week

Working Hours:

Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00

Every Saturday 09:00 – 17:00, with lieu day in week. 

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator Role you must have:

Minimum of 1 years experience working as a Senior Negotiator or Valuer

Ability to work within a team

Ambition and be self-motivated

As a Senior Sales Negotiator your role will include but not be limited to:

Successfully Negotiating offers

Listing properties

Calling out new properties to potential buyers

Marketing updates to Vendors
