As a Senior Control Systems Engineer, you enjoy having a variation of technical challenges that keeps your working always feeling fresh.
You value taking ownership of the full life cycle of projects especially within different sectors such as Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Material handling, Bespoke Industrial Machinery and Process Automated Equipment.
You like the idea of working within a small team where your technical input is valued and you are encouraged to make key decisions in the design process as well as utilising your leadership skills.
You want to keep your coding skills sharp and have the opportunity to work with a number of PLC platforms including Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi.
You enjoy interacting directly with customers to assess their requirements all the way through to commissioning.
Ensuring you have a work life balance is important to you and the freedom to manage your own workload.
There is no micromanagement here, you are trusted to delivery your projects and have the support from your Manager when needed to set you up for success. They have a great working culture and a high retention rate.
You would be working with the Senior Management team - but don't worry they are Engineers themselves and they pride themselves in delivering quality on time, rather than coming from a non-engineering background and solely focusing on "the numbers". Which all too often as you are most likely aware can happen!
You would be based in their office around the Worksop/Sheffield area with opportunity for hybrid working and site visits in the UK and Europe. You can expect around 20% travel over the year dependent on projects.
This position has a salary up to £60,000 DOE plus a generous benefits package including paid overtime, regular salary reviews, bonus scheme and optional call out rota.
