I am working alongside an industry specialist contractor. They are looking to onboard a civil site manager for a large civils scheme being delivered in West Sussex. My client delivers projects across the energy and renewable sector nationwide.

Site manager responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the project manager and contracts manager.

* Site supervision and management of subcontractors on site.

* Record keeping.

* Site diaries.

* QA checks.

* Attending site meetings.

* Ensuring health and safety compliance.

* Liaising with the client, subcontractors and the local authorities.

Site manager requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* CSCS card - Gold/ Black.

* NVQ level 3 or above.

* SMSTS.

* First aid.

* Previous experience working within the water, energy or civils sector.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Proficient with IT.
