Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Bognor Regis
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time

Contract Type: Long-term, Day-to-Day Supply, Term-Time Only

About the Role:

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Bognor Regis. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment, helping children develop academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering interactive and effective lessons.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional help.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assist with classroom management and student behaviour support.
Help prepare and organise teaching materials and learning resources.
Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required.
Participate in school events, activities, and meetings with parents when needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
A patient, nurturing, and supportive approach to working with students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are beneficial but not essential.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
