Are you a Technical Operations Manager with a background in food/beverage manufacturing looking to step into a role with a nationwide ice cream manufacturer that offers progression, training and other great company benefits including a discretionary bonus?

In this varied role, you will assist the Technical Manager in enhancing the company's technical function, focusing on developing Food Safety and Quality Management Systems aligned with HACCP principles. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing technical inquiries, coordinating audits, and resolving audit findings. You'll also analyse microbiological data, update technical documentation, support recruitment for technical roles, and provide coaching to direct reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with the NPD team to ensure successful project launches.
