A rapidly growing events business is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executives to join its team. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive a great commission structure.
You will have a background in B2B sales, with a preference for high-activity and experience in high-velocity sales. This will lend itself well to people in Delegates & Sponsorship Sales already. They have a market leading proposition, platform, and they are a remote-first set up.
As Sponsorship Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and evaluating potential partners based on their alignment with clients target markets, globally.
Negotiating partnership agreements and collaborating with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance.
Cultivating and managing relationships with key partners, serving as the main point of contact.
Working closely with internal teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and maximise partner visibility.
Tracking, analysing, and reporting on partnership performance, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Detecting and capitalising on new business opportunities through partner collaboration.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
We’re looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive with:
Prior experience in a similar events sales role with experience.
Proven track record in identifying and securing successful sponsorship partnerships.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to think strategically and analyse market trends.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
