The Role

We are looking for a Temporary Sales Consultant to work as an agency worker with a leading new homes developer in Hereford. You will be the first point of contact for buyers, providing exceptional service and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist potential buyers.

Conduct show home viewings and answer inquiries.

Support buyers through the reservation process.

Maintain records and ensure the sales suite is presentable.

Assist with sales events and marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or customer service (preferred).

Strong communication and sales skills.

Proactive, professional, and target-driven.

IT literate (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).

Weekend availability is essential.
