About the Company:

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate BACP Accredited Counsellor to join their growing
team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to help them navigate a wide range
of emotional and psychological challenges, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored counselling
plans.
 Provide individual and group counselling sessions to clients dealing with issues such as
stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and more.
 Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, adapting them to meet the unique needs of
each client.
 Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional and
legal standards.
 Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case discussions and
contributing to holistic care strategies.
 Engage in regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD) to enhance
your practice.
 Uphold the ethical guidelines and standards set by the British Association for Counselling
and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Qualifications and Experience:

 Accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
 A recognized qualification in counselling or psychotherapy.
 Proven experience in providing counselling services within a clinical, community, or
private practice setting.
 Strong understanding of various therapeutic approaches and the ability to adapt them to
client needs.
 Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
