Job Advert: Domestic Cleaner
Location: Greater Manchester, United Kingdom
Salary: £23,244 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week, Core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Are you passionate about cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment? We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join a team on a permanent basis, providing comprehensive cleaning services for office properties and premises. Your role will be essential in maintaining an excellent state of cleanliness and repair while adhering to health and safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to cleaning.
Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients.
Ensure communal areas in the office are maintained to the highest standards.
Clean vacant properties for re-letting.
Assist with inventory restocking to meet turnaround targets.
Conduct monthly audits of cleaning equipment and products.
Support wider facility teams with various tasks as needed.
Cover annual leave for team members.
Maintain records of damaged items and repairs.
Perform excellent housekeeping and other cleaning duties as required by management.Requirements:

Valid DBS check.
Full UK driving license and access to a car (business mileage payable at an agreed rate).
Previous cleaning experience is essential.Benefits:
