Job Title: Department Head - Design

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000

About the Role: You'll lead and manage the entire design department, overseeing a mix of in-house and external technicians, creating design work across a variety of healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the design process from concept to completion across diverse healthcare projects

* Lead design meetings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and company standards

* Oversee AutoCAD, Revit, and ensure BIM Level 2 compliance

* Work closely with sales and project delivery teams to meet deadlines across 150+ ongoing projects

What We're Looking For:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and BIM 360/4P

* At least 5 years of experience in the construction or contracting environment

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Experience in design and engineering within healthcare or similar sectors
