£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus bonus

Full time, permanent – Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm, plus Saturday working, 2 in 4

Due to continued success and growth, they are keen to appoint a motivated and ambitious Property Valuer & Lister to join their team.

The Role:
As a Property Valuer & Lister, you will be responsible for valuing and listing residential properties for sale, ensuring a high conversion rate of instructions. This role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual with strong business development skills and a passion for property. The position is both office-based and client-facing, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct accurate and market-informed property valuations for potential sellers.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.

· Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and targeted prospecting.

· Take responsibility for converting valuations into signed instructions, ensuring a high success rate.

· Create compelling property listings with high-quality descriptions and images to maximise exposure.

· Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from listing to sale.

· Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements:

· Proven experience in a property valuation/lister role within residential sales.

· Strong business development and negotiation skills, with a track record of winning instructions.

· Exceptional customer service and client relationship management abilities.

· Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A keen eye for detail and presentation when preparing listings and marketing materials.

· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
