Blair West is supporting a fast-growing, award-winning lifestyle retailer with an annual turnover of £13 million and over 55,000 products sold across the UK and USA, as they search for a Digital Marketing Manager.
They are looking for a motivated, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their digital marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for driving traffic, boosting engagement, and maximising sales across all digital channels.
The opportunity:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO).
* Take charge of campaign management, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
* Create and manage digital content, ensuring it drives engagement and conversions.
* Run PPC and Google Ads campaigns, while optimizing for ROI.
* Improve SEO and SEM performance in collaboration with the content team.
* Use data analysis tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms) to track and report on performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
* Hands-on digital marketer with experience in paid and organic social, PPC, and email.
* Experience in a Retail/online setting.
* Strong level of proficiency in managing digital marketing budgets and delivering ROI.
* Confidence in using Google Analytics, social media tools, CRM systems, and email platforms.
* Strong copywriting and creative skills.
* The confidence to work independently and drive projects to completion.
