We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimise resources to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Management – Develop and adjust schedules to maximise efficiency and meet production goals.

Quality Assurance – Ensure all products meet required standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues.

Health & Safety Compliance – Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing health and safety regulations and promoting best practices.

Team Leadership & Development – Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance skills and overall performance.

Process Improvement – Identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and drive efficiency within the manufacturing process.

Workforce Management – Oversee scheduling, manage absences, and ensure effective allocation of labour and resources.

Communication & Reporting – Maintain clear communication between departments, provide regular updates, and report key performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role.

Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Hours: 37 Hours per week 06:15am - 16:00pm
