The Role:

Deliver both reactive and preventative maintenance in a heavy engineering plant environment
Follow routine planned maintenance schedules, including plant inspection and overhauls, reporting all findings.
Assist in the efficient operation of the Structural function, reporting to the Team Leader/Shift Engineer.
Assess risks, conduct Point of Work risk assessments, and implement control measures for a safe working environmentThe Person:

Experience in welding (MMA, MIG, TIG, Oxy-fuel cutting) and working with a variety of welding equipment
Recognized Structural apprenticeship (ONC level or equivalent)Reference: BBBH16013
