Maintenance Electrician/Mobile Electrical bias FM Engineer Required
Paying up to £45k per annum + OT & Call Out.
Covering commerical sites within London & occasionally Kent
  
Conducting routine PPM, Planned Maintenance and Reactive tasks in line with scheduled dates and Electrical Installation work as required.
Ensuring compliance and success of critical service, covering M&E, general maintenance and soft services.
Will be required to cover basic maintenance such as Air Conditioning, building services, supervision and frontline work, completing work to high levels of Health & Safety and Statutory requirements, ensuring documentation is completed timely and accurately.
  
Must possess the following;
UK driver’s license
City & Guilds Level 3 or Equivalent Electrical Qualifications
2391 is desirable
