If so we here at Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a Leading local firm in their search for another Private Client Solicitor or Executive to work with in their thriving and supportive wills, probate, and private client teams.

Our client is interested in hearing from local or relocating qualified solicitors or executives who would be ideally a minimum of 3 years PQE or have a good base knowledge when it comes to private client matters as you can expect in your new role:

* To handle and resolve a range of complex client matters commensurate to the role (including wills and probate) aiming to do so within a reasonable timeframe.
* To ensure that clients are regularly updated as to the current situation of their case, even if this is going through a period of inactivity.
* To deal with telephone calls, emails, letters, and other electronic or on-line enquiries effectively and efficiently.
* To ensure good working relationships with external institutions and organisations.
* To demonstrate effective relationship management with peers and with colleagues.

* Uses initiative, works creatively, and solves problems.
* Proactive with a can-do attitude.
