* Job Title – Buyer - Pharmaceuticals

* Location – Manchester

* Salary – £30,000 - £33,000 pa

* 25 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays

* Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours

* Sector – Purchasing / Pharmaceuticals

As a Pharmaceutical Buyer your responsibilities will include:

* Actively sourcing and researching new products with suppliers

* Managing relationships with suppliers

* Negotiating and purchasing products from approved suppliers

* Co-ordinating product samples and completing associated new line forms.

* Raising MHRA recalls on the central database.

We are keen on speaking to people about this Pharmaceutical Buyer opportunity who have the following skills and experience:

* Previous experience working in a purchasing, procurement or buyer role.

* Experience,purchasing pharmaceutical or commodity products.

* Experience of importing products would be desireable

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
