At The Supply Room, we have several exciting opportunities for Supply Teachers to join our schools in Southampton, Hampshire.
As a Supply Teacher you role will entail:
* Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning environment, following the school's behaviour policies.
* Delivering Pre-planned Lessons: Teach lessons based on plans left by the regular teacher or prepare lessons if required, ensuring learning objectives are met.
* Adapting to Different Classes: Work with a variety of subjects, year groups, and schools, often on short notice.
* Supporting Student Learning: Assist students with tasks, answer questions, and provide guidance to help them stay on track.
* Monitoring Progress: Observe and assess students' work, sometimes marking and providing feedback where necessary.
Successful candidates will benefit from:
* A salary range of £145 - £165 per day.
* A full-time Role Monday to Friday 8.30 – 3.30.

We are looking for individuals who:
* Have a passion for teaching and working with children.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have prior experience working with children in an education setting.
* Are highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
* Are team players.
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
