Our client, a successful North East Manufacturer, is currently looking for an Administrator to join them on an initial 3 month contract. The role will be based in their offices in Gateshead and will offer the opportunity to join a supportive and thriving environment.

The Role

The Administrator will be responsible for supporting several functions in the office ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Duties will include:

* Project team support

* Data input

* Responding to queries on the phone and via email

* Utilising Microsoft Office for all administration needs

* Raising enquiries.

* Inputting quote lines on MRP system

* Chasing daily updates from site – Client requires daily updates from installation team.

* Ordering specialist tasks and ensuring permits are in place – Access, Road closures, Power cables and fixed scaffold etc.

* Assisting with management of sub-contract installation and painting teams – Raising/requesting PO’s and chasing updates etc.

* Updating installation and client tracker.

* Management of RAMS – Printing and collection of site-specific RAMS.

About You

You will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced and busy environment. With at least 1 years’ experience in an administration role, you will be available immediately for an initial 3 month contract (there is a possibility this could be extended).

Other requirements will include:

* Excellent Microsoft skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

* Strong organisation skills

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities

* Be a strong team player
