A well-established international publishing company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
* Overseeing social media, email marketing, and content strategies to maximise audience engagement.
* Managing partnerships with authors, industry influencers, and media to enhance brand presence.
* Analysing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
* Identifying new opportunities and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
* Leading and mentoring junior marketing staff or external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in marketing, communications, publishing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within publishing, media, or the creative industry.
* Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
* A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role and can drive results independently.
* Experience engaging with technical or niche audiences is a plus.
