Our client is a well-established Logistics and supply chain company specialising in air and ocean freight forwarding, warehousing & fulfilment, parcel management and road transport solutions
Providing bespoke freight forwarding solutions globally for their customer with over 30 offices strategically located in twelve countries, providing seamless Transportation service across key locations.
We are now recruiting for a Sea Freight Exports Documentation Clerk based in the St Helens office

Your role will involve ...

* Liaising with clients and shipping lines
* Processing export customs clearance using FCL system
* Submitted bill instructions to the carrier, understanding bills, liaising with clients to ensure bills are to their satisfaction, bill approvals and sending pre alerts.
* Preparation of all other documents that may be required such as COO
* Day to day documentation queries / amendments
