My client is a leading Design and Build firm in the Berkshire regions and is looking for a superstar front of house Interior designer. The role can progress rapidly into a Creative Director position if successful (and if the candidate would like to do so) so an ambitious candidate is always great.
Due to rapid growth, and huge inflows of work, the client is now expanding the team in many areas.
The candidate should have strong experience with pitching and presenting to clients, running projects from concept to completion, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, strong software skills, strong experience within the Commercial Design and Build Industry within the UK and more.
Role Requires:
- Pitching and presenting
- Site visits
- Space Planning
- Very creative mindset / design ability
- Strong communication skills
- Well presented and spoken
- Ability to work to deadlines
The candidate:
- Experience in the UK's D&B industry within "Office / workplace interiors"
- Strong with AutoCAD
- Creative flare
- Strong portfolio showing Office Fitouts designed and completed in the UK ideally
- Ambition to progress their career
- Open to working on large multi-million £ projects
- Experienced with Pitching and posses a strong track record.
