Production Operative

£25,400 per annum

Production Operative needed to join a reputable and long-standing manufacturing company based in Maldon.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a production or operative role within the electronics, or clean room type environment.

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role within the manufacturing team to ensure that packaged devices and products are processed in accordance with ISO quality standards. You will be part of a dedicated team working on many different types of production equipment. The role is varied, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Operation of all production equipment and processes within the manufacturing department.

* Operating both manual and automated test handlers.

* Operating wafer probers.

* Operating tape and reel machines.

* Completing necessary batch control paperwork.

Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge

* Experience of working in a semiconductor / PCB / electronics or clean room environment would ideal. Although not essential.

* Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.

* Methodical work method to ensure accuracy.

* Good eyesight and manual dexterity to handle small parts without damage.

* Due to the company location, you must be a driver

Pay, Benefits and Hours

* £25,400 per annum with regular salary reviews

* 8:00am-4:30pm Monday – Friday.
