Salary £60K plus benefitsExciting new role for an experienced Marketing Manager to join one of the UK's leading Not for Profit, Membership organisations, as they focus on a journey of evolution and growth.

The Role:

Leading a team of high-performing marketing and comms professionals, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for overall business growth through increased brand awareness. This will include:

Developing and delivering a cross-departmental growth strategy to increase customer acquisition, retention and revenue.
Leading the development of a data-driven marketing strategy
Analysis of membership growth data and performance metrics, translating these insights into actionable recommendations
Overseeing all aspects of brand management
Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channelsPerson Specification:

You'll have a proven track record in developing and actioning successful marketing campaigns that drive growth as well as:

Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
Strong understanding of digital marketing and excellent analytical skills
Experience of leading and managing a high-performing team
Possess a passion for driving business growth and achieving growth objectives.The role is on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days in the office and 2 WFH.
