To be considered, you will need a minimum of 2 years’ electrical estimating experience, and the overwhelming desire to build a long term career in this vital and special role.

So, what responsibilities await the successful candidate?

* Preparation of Tender Cost reports

* Assisting with vetting incoming tenders / offers from supply chain whilst ensuring the most viable offer is included in the submission

* Assisting with the preparation and issue of supplier enquiry pack

* Production of bills of quantities, and schedules of work

* Drafting contractor proposal documents to support bids

* Assist with estimating costs, duration and risks associated with each bid

* Arranging and chairing tender adjudication meetings

What’s required?

* City & Guilds level 3 in an electrical related discipline

* 2 (or more) years’ experience gained within a similar capacity

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Exemplary numerical and IT skills

* An amazing sense of perfection

* AND…………….A shockingly brilliant sense of humour
