Our client, based in Swindon, have the need for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This role is based in West Swindon and immediate interviews are available.

This role is working Monday to Friday and there is flexibility on the working hours.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Monitor performance and progress of warehouse and distribution employees

* Provide reports to senior management relating to staff KPI'S

* To complete all customers orders in an accurate and timely manner

* Maintaining and recording all health and safety procedures

* Stock Control

* You must have experience as a warehouse supervisor in order to be considered for this role

* You must be able to demonstrate experience of leading, managing and motivating a team and experience working closely with WMS.
