My client based in Kent is looking to appoint a Surveyor to focus on a cladding project. The ideal candidate will be able to survey the districts properties (mainly flats, ranging from 11m up to 18m) and inspect whether the cladding is safe/unsafe.

Undertake visual external wall systems survey of low to medium rise residential blocks in the district and profile the buildings in line with the relevant Fire Safety legislations.
Undertake inspections on residential blocks with suspected combustible cladding to identify fire safety deficiencies, assess fire safety measures, recommend interim measures and remediation works.
Responsible for the overall management of External Wall Systems (EWS) data.
Contract Length: 6 Months, may extend.
Rate: £negotiable DOE.
Working Pattern: Site Visits & Report Writing can be done from home.
