Grounds Maintenance Operative (West Midlands)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to support out client, working on commercial sites across the West Midlands area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* General grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and general landscaping.

* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and appearance on all sites.

* Carrying out seasonal tasks such as leaf clearance, de-icing, and gritting when required.

* Working safely and effectively in line with company standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in grounds maintenance, ideally in a commercial setting.

* Own tools and vehicle are essential for this role.

* Full UK driving license.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.

Rate of Pay: £12-15 per hour, negotiable depending on experience.

Location: West Midlands (various commercial sites).
