Office based PA to MD position working from 8-5 Monday to Friday

What will I be doing as Farm PA to MD?

* Manage the MDs diary and meeting schedules

* Act as the MDs point of contact in the office (he travels quite a lot!)

* Organising the MDs projects and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and to plan

* Strong relationship building with other Partners and managing expectations

* Keep KPI records for SLT targets

* This role will evolve in time

* Based in Wokingham open plan office environment (non corporate)

What skills and experience do I need for the PA to MD role?

* You will need to be extremely organised and able to multitask

* Excellent communicator and relationship builder

* A strong interest in farming and agriculture is preferred
