Primus Nursing is currently seeking experienced District Nurses / General Nurses to join our team. We have flexible shifts available across various healthcare settings, offering competitive pay rates and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or community settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Support patients and families with advice and guidance on ongoing care

Requirements:
• Valid NMC registration
• Minimum 6 months of UK nursing experience (community or hospital)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Full UK driving license (for District Nurses)
