PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Site Agent / Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be working across Water projects around the Midlands .

Site Agent / Manager Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver projects from design phase to completion including all handover documentation
Review progress, budget resources and forward planning
Review work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood
Develop and maintain construction programmes with internal teams
Co-ordinate and manage site investigations during the ongoing construction process
Develop engineering solutions in order that a buildable cost-effective construction solution is delivered that fulfils the client's requirements
Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completedSite Agent / Manager Requirements

CSCS Managers Card
SMSTS
Experience working and delivering on Water Infrastructure Projects is advantageous
A Background working across Civils related Projects
Management Site Engineers
Good legal/contractual knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid driving licenceSite Agent / Manager Benefits

Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
Based in Midlands
