Level 3 Nursery Practitioner needed in Rotherham (S66)

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Salary: £12.83 - £14 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

About Us: TeacherActive is recruiting on behalf of an “Outstanding” and multi-award-winning Nursery in Rotherham. This Nursery has been recognised for its commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. They create enriching environments that foster inspiration and curiosity among children and provide high-quality early years education. You must be able to work full days from 8 am - 6 pm and be adaptable in your start and finish times.

Your responsibilities include:

Following the EYFS curriculum and delivering to the highest possible standards.
Creating a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which parents are happy to entrust their children.
Ensure your key children are encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment.
Ensuring all safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times and any breaches of this are reported to the designated safeguarding lead immediately.

Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
