Brand Manager – Consumer Marketing
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to shape and execute powerful brand-marketing strategies that will increase sales, grow market share, and strengthen brand presence. This will be a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave.
As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the development and implementation of strategic brand plans, focusing on:
* Strategic Planning: Craft innovative brand strategies that leverage insights from data sources, such as market research, competitive performance, and consumer trends.
* Brand Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing plans that achieve brand goals with clear milestones, success metrics, and actionable performance reviews.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Digital, Trade Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
* Innovation & Product Development: Lead product innovation through ideation, business cases, development, and successful launch, followed by thorough post-launch evaluations.
* Budget & Forecasting: Manage forecasting and ensure budget alignment with spending limits, handling purchase orders within financial and procurement policies.
* Performance Reporting: Present brand performance updates to management, backed by recommendations to optimize strategies, identify opportunities, and mitigate competitive threats.
* Brand Content Management: Oversee the creation and approval of brand content, ensuring it aligns with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaboration & Responsiveness: Engage and collaborate with regional teams, addressing requests promptly to support broader marketing objectives.
* Deliver on brand performance goals, including sales, margin, market share, and ROI.
* Manage the A&P budget with precision and accountability.
* Lead brand planning, forecasting, reporting, and project management.
* Drive brand innovation and leverage insights and analytics.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Degree or diploma in Business or Marketing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Proven success as a Brand Manager or equivalent role.
* Industry experience is a plus.
