Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Senior Design Manager to join their Midlands team based in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a well-respected main contractor.

Senior Design Manager - Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage the design process during the pre-construction phase and, if required, the construction phase.
* Review Employer's Requirements and develop Contractor's Proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
* Coordinate, interrogate, and integrate the activities of external design consultants.
* Ensure designs are delivered on time and meet programme timescales and quality standards.
* Drive innovative and cost-effective solutions into the design process.
* Oversee compliance with Building Regulations and Planning Permission procedures.

Senior Design Manager - Requirements
* Experience delivering high-value, complex design projects from a main contractor perspective.
* Strong organisational, planning, and workload management skills.
* Understanding of Building Regulations, Planning Permission procedures, and DFE projects.
* Site/contract experience needed.
