Parts Advisor

£28,000 - £29,000 + Monthly Bonus

Full Time, Permanent

Our client, is a long establsihed and highly progressive company based in Kent. The are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their busy Parts Department. The role involves working in the depot, with main duties being answering calls, serving the front counter, warehouse housekeeping, checking off deliveries and when deliveries are required going out to make deliveries, so clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities:

* Answer all incoming both internal and external telephone calls, in depot, and take ownership of those calls.

* Serving the front counter customers

* Warehouse and housekeeping duties

* Checking off deliveries

* Deliver parts and attachments in response to customer requests in an efficient and safe manner.

* Maintain correct van stock.

* Ensure all parts taken from stock to fulfil customer orders are invoiced before they are removed from the stores area, hence keeping stock physical against screen correct.

* To promptly deal with customer orders received over the trade counter or via post, telephone or sales staff.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role

* Conduct yourself in a manner that protects the corporate image and integrity.
