Senior Letting’s Negotiator required for our client located in Portsmouth, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Senior Letting’s Negotiator will be responsible for talking to Landlords and Tenants about their property requirements and connecting people with the right properties and arranging and attending viewings/open days and providing friendly advice and a welcoming service

The Senior Letting’s Negotiator will ideally have great customer service and be able to Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance

Senior Letting’s Negotiator Remuneration

• Basic Salary: £21,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)

• On Target Earnings: £27,000 – £30,000

• 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

• Holiday Commission

Letting’s Negotiator Requirements

* Previous experience as a Letting’s Negotiator is essential

* Minimum of 6 months experience in Lettings and Listings

* Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressured environment

* A full driving license and your own car
