Location: Hertford, Hybrid Working.

Salary: Basic £75,000 with a generous bonus scheme. Achievable OTE of £150k year one, plus benefits.

Our client delivers exceptional financial planning service to their HNW clients, and they will provide you with a client bank to help kick start your journey within the group. They have a team of very talented people to help you reach the pinnacle of your career and grow the business. There is a clear remuneration structure in place.

Key Responsibilities required Financial Advisor:

Assessing & identifying financial needs for new and existing clients
Conducting product research
Implementing money laundering processes
Providing holistic financial planning services
Conducting lifestyle planning assessments
Presenting financial recommendations to clients
Conducting client financial reviews
Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
Networking with professional partners
Contributing to marketing initiatives
Maintaining an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing
Participating in ongoing CPD activities
Lifestyle cashflow planning.

Requirements for the Financial Advisor:

Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning) ideally working towards chartered.
A min of 5 years' experience in an authorised financial planning role with competent adviser status.
Strong ambition and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
