Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Groundworker to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Manchester.

Responsibilities of the Groundworker:

Complete general repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
Carry out fencing, slabbing, brickwork, block work and rendering
Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipes
Cutback and prune trees and shrubs
Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues
Arrange materials for site
Utilise a PDA
Adhere to all health and safety regulationsEssential Experience of the Groundworker:

Basic DBS
