Job Duties:
Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students
Assess and monitor student progress
Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their development
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
Required Qualifications:
PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience:
Prior experience teaching Maths at the secondary level up to A-Level (KS5).
Demonstrated success in improving student performance.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent subject knowledge in Mathematics
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Patience and resilience in dealing with challenging situations
Working Conditions:
Work primarily in a classroom setting
Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend work for meetings or events
Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
