Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for a Manual Machinist to work in their leading facility in Brownhills.

For the successful Manual Machinist, our client is offering:

Competitive salary of £15 per hour plus 30% shift allowance which takes rate up to £19.50
Nights - Monday to Thursday, 5:30pm - 3:30am, 38 hours per week.
Temp to Perm role
26 days holiday + 8 statutory days
Statutory pension scheme
Free on site parking
The Role - Manual Machinist:

Operation of manual horizontal boring machine
Operation of conventional centre lathe
Change and adjust manual tooling
Visually inspect and quality check products
What our client is looking for in a Manual Machinist:

Experience within manufacturing facility - ESSENTIAL
Conventional machining experience - ESSENTIAL
Apprentice trained - DESIRABLE
Experience with traditional machine tools with DRO (Digital Readout) - DESIRABLE
Overhead crane experience - DESIRABLE
Key Skills or Similar Job Titles:

Manual lathe operator, Production machinist, traditional machinist, conventional machinist, horizontal boring machine operator, 

Commutable from:
