IT Manager – (IT, Management, Hands on, O365, Defender, Windows Server, Stakeholder Management, Leadership, SLA’s, KPI’s, Escalation) – Permanent – Stoke on Trent
Charles Simon Associates are currently working with a client on an exclusive basis who are looking to hire an IT Manager for their fast growing company based out of Stoke on Trent.
This is a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Stoke.
Location: Stoke on Trent (2 days per week on site)
Salary: Up to £40,000 Per Annum D.O.E
Skills/Requirements for the IT Manager:
* Previous experience within a similar role is vital
* Extensive O365 experience
* Windows Server
* Managing a small team of 3 people
* Supporting the Service desk, creation of KPI’s and SLA’s
* Hands on IT support, providing escalation for the team
* Stakeholder Management
Start date is ASAP for the IT Manager
The IT Manager will be responsible for:
* Creating new and improved SLA’s and KPI’s for the Service Desk team and making sure the implementation and adherence is followed
* Establishing strong relationships internally with high level Stakeholders in addition to 3rd party Stakeholders where needed.
* Providing the escalation point for the Service Desk team with tasks and troubleshooting that couldn’t be completed by them
* Assisting the business in providing ideas to future proof their IT moving forwards
* Ensuring that company compliance has been followed through the Service Desk team
* Participating in the IT Governance meetings and providing information to assist these meetings where needed
* Analysing the Service Desk performance based on the new SLA’s and KPI’s on a monthly basis and providing reports to the IT Director and board members where needed.
