Your Role
As an MEP Project Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across various projects. You will be the technical lead, providing expert advice, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of MEP systems in alignment with project goals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Conduct technical reviews, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Provide strategic input during all project phases, from inception to completion.
• Develop innovative solutions to meet project challenges while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or Consultant in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client and team relationships.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, or a related field (e.g., CEng, MCIBSE, or equivalent)
