We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join the Grove Farm HS2 project with EKFB in Wendover. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a background in civils, infrastructure, or rail projects to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a major HS2 project.

Working on the Grove Farm HS2 project with EKFB

Scope of Work:

Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring compliance with project specifications
Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
Ensuring all works are carried out to high standards, meeting quality, safety, and environmental requirements
Coordinating with the project management team to monitor progress and resolve site challenges
Ensuring Health & Safety protocols and RAMS are adhered to at all times
Reviewing and updating project documentation as required

Key Requirements:

Previous experience working on HS2, civils, or infrastructure projects (essential)
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and CDM regulations
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage site teams effectively
Valid CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification (essential)
Experience with EKFB processes or HS2 projects is advantageous

Rates & Benefits:

£350 - £375 per day CIS, depending on experience and qualifications
Potential for contract extension based on performance

Duration:

6 months minimum, with the possibility of extensionStart Date:
