First People Solutions are working with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor for projects in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, educational and industrial sectors.

The Role:

Oversee and manage electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and material management
Work closely with project managers to deliver on time and within budget
Conduct inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks
Maintain health & safety protocols on-site

What We're Looking For:

Experience as an Electrical Supervisor in M&E or construction projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and compliance
SSSTS/SMSTS and 18th Edition certification preferred
Ability to lead teams and drive project efficiency
Full UK driving license
