Our client, a family-run manufacturer with 30 years of success, is hiring an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer in Warrington. You’ll handle breakdowns (because machines aren’t perfect), but the real focus is preventing issues, upgrading equipment, and installing new machines.

Salary: £46,000
Shifts: 3 Shift Pattern

Your mission as a Maintenance Engineer
• Carry out planned maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Respond to breakdowns and get machines back up and running quickly.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance machine reliability.
• Install and commission new machinery as the business continues to grow.
• Work with the engineering team to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Fault-find and repair electrical and mechanical issues across the site.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with regulations.
• Bring new ideas to the table to help future-proof the plant.

What you’ll need to succeed:
• An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
