Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed SME in the Sales & Marketing sector, with a turnover of c.£50m.

I'm seeking a Qualified Management Accountant to join their small, high-performing team. Reporting to a high-calibre Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in their ambitious 3–5 year growth strategy while mentoring and developing two trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to gain career-enhancing exposure in a management role.

The Role:

? Overseeing day-to-day financial operations and management reporting
? Supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, expanding business
? Managing and developing two team members
? Driving process improvements and adding real value

The Candidate:
? VAT experience (advantageous)
? Strong reporting and data analysis skills
? Proven experience in producing a full set of management accounts
? Fully qualified candidates (ACCA/CIMA or ACA)
? Driven | Ambitious
