Non-Financial Risk and Control - Belfast - Hybrid - 3 days per week in office 2 days per week remote - £640/day Inside IR35 - 12 months initial contract

Equities In-Business Risk and Controls team is primarily focused on strengthening the governance, supervisory and control framework in the region. This role will report to the Head of EMEA Risk & Controls and work with the wider Global team to continue to develop the governance, control & supervision framework across Equities, working closely with Business Management teams to deliver and support both business specific and Markets-wide regulatory and control related initiatives.

Your experience will include:

Relevant financial services experience, preferably within Markets products and businesses.
Strong governance, control and process knowledge.
Strong attention to detail, process oriented, data driven and well organized.
Candidates with experience in a markets business and understanding of key control issues preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate problems simply and concisely
